Your Impact

As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will report directly to the CEO and take on a critical role in shaping digital presence across key social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. 

  • You will bring innovation and strategic insight to the content and engagement initiatives.
  • You will improve brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement, supporting the mission of a sharp startup environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the creation and execution of comprehensive social media content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Implementing data-driven strategies to improve audience growth, engagement rates, and overall brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other social media channels.
  • Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to provide insights, and making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to achieve integrated marketing goals and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy and content development, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on content creation, preparing creative content calendars, and engagement tactics.
  • Expertise in using social media management tools, and analytics platforms, to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and collaboration skills effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in the brand messaging.
