As an FX Generalist, you will play a key role in crafting visually stunning and immersive experiences through high-quality effects and seamless compositing.
- Your expertise in developing high-quality FX, such as water, fire, smoke, fog, and dynamic lighting, will bring life into architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the development and implementation of realistic and stylized FX, including environmental elements such as wind, rain, and natural phenomena.
- Implementing high-performance FX workflows optimized for real-time engines (Unreal Engine/Unity) and pre-rendered sequences.
- Integrating 3D renders with live-action footage, background plates, and visual elements, performing color correction, masking, rotoscoping, and lighting adjustments to achieve polished compositions.
- Overseeing the troubleshooting of technical challenges related to FX and compositing to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Involving key stakeholders in discussions to refine artistic direction and technical execution.
- Collaborating with artists, animators, and technical teams to enhance rendering and post-production pipelines.
- Designing and maintaining efficient workflows for FX creation, rendering, and post-production.

What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You are skilled in developing and implementing realistic and stylized visual effects to enhance ArchViz, film, and gaming projects.
- You have proven experience in FX creation and compositing to produce high-quality, immersive visuals.
- You demonstrate strong skills in color correction, masking, rotoscoping, and layering to refine final compositions.
- You possess expertise in industry-standard FX and compositing software to optimize rendering and post-production workflows.
- You are proficient in industry-standard software, including Houdini, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender, for creating FX.
- You possess scripting knowledge (Python or Maxscript) to enhance workflows.
- You have experience with Nuke, After Effects, or Fusion for compositing and post-production.
- You have a strong understanding of render engines like V-Ray, Corona, Redshift, or Arnold, which you use to optimize final visuals.
- You are familiar with Unreal Engine/Unity for real-time FX integration.
- You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure seamless FX integration.
- You possess a keen eye for detail, composition, and color to achieve high-quality artistic output.
- You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- You have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and contribute to artistic and technical discussions.
