What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means ensuring that Agile best practices are fully embedded within the teams, leading to efficient sprint execution and the timely delivery of business value. You’ll achieve this by partnering with the product team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, aligning development efforts with business priorities, and ensuring the delivery of the highest-value features.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the product backlog with the product team, ensuring accurate prioritization from epics to stories.
- Implementing and orchestrating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
- Supporting business and development teams in delivering work within agreed timelines.
- Overseeing the alignment between business priorities and development execution, ensuring the highest priority items are addressed.
- Involving in the timely planning of sprints and releases, keeping the team focused on key deliverables.
- Collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and site reliability engineers to ensure each release delivers business value and maintains software quality.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, retrospectives, and Agile best practices.
- Driving Agile transformation initiatives and ensuring teams adopt scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe 5 and Spotify.
- Owning the delivery roadmap, ensuring each iterative release is trackable to business value.
- Coaching team members toward self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

- You are proficient in business requirement gathering and documentation from high-level strategy to granular details.
- You possess knowledge of Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Lean, SAFe 5, and Spotify, to drive Agile transformation.
- You hold Scrum Master certifications such as PSM1, CSM, or relevant credentials, to validate your expertise.
- You have experience in Agile transformation and scaled Agile practices, ensuring adaptability in various environments.
