Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Implementing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Supporting hiring managers in identifying and defining job requirements.
  • Overseeing applicant tracking system (ATS) usage and optimizing recruitment workflows.
  • Involving stakeholders in decision-making to ensure the right hiring choices.
  • Collaborating with HR teams to ensure alignment with company policies and culture.
  • Building a strong talent pipeline to fill current and future positions.
  • Designing and managing onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Improving hiring processes by using data and performance metrics.
