Key Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding the team to understand project goals and scope clearly.
- Implementing and maintaining a healthy product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owners.
- Supporting the organization’s transition to agile through coaching and mentoring.
- Overseeing team progress, resolving obstacles, and shielding the team from outside interruption.
- Involving yourself actively in removing obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and team performance.
- Assessing and advancing the scrum maturity level of both the team and the organization at a sustainable pace.
- Guiding teams to higher productivity by introducing agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, and Continuous Testing.

What You Bring

- You are skilled in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP to coach teams effectively.
- You have proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and maintaining agile artifacts to ensure project transparency and progress.
- You demonstrate strong skills in backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and velocity tracking to provide transparency and accountability.
- You possess knowledge of User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, and Agile Games to drive agile excellence.
- You are experienced in working with service-oriented architectures and common development practices in Agile environments.
- You hold certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
- You are a critical thinker, evaluating challenges and opportunities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- You apply a problem-solving mindset to help teams overcome obstacles and confidently adapt to changing conditions.
- You build meaningful relationships through interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- You demonstrate excellent time management to prioritize responsibilities and keep projects on track.
