- Coordinating job competency profiling and aligning it with organizational goals.
- Supporting the design and implementation of organizational changes and structure adjustments.
- Designing and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Implementing the end-to-end performance management process within the talent management framework.
- Identifying employee development needs in collaboration with management and driving learning initiatives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of development programs on employee engagement and business goals.
- Conducting organizational assessments and providing actionable recommendations.
