As an After-Sales Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing and continuously improving the entire after-sales process.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and developing a professional after-sales service team.
  • Implementing and continuously improving after-sales service processes (SOPs).
  • Supporting clients by resolving technical and operational issues post-sale, minimizing downtime, and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product/service improvements.
  • Overseeing the inventory management of spare parts and accessories.
  • Involving relevant departments to ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Tracking service performance metrics and reporting outcomes to senior management for continuous improvement.
