Your Impact

As an HR Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational HR functions to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the highly specialized field.

You will enable leaders to make better people decisions by providing data-driven insights and ensuring that all HR processes, from recruitment to exit, are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Designing and implementing performance management frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, and …).
  • Partnering with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training and development programs.
  • Driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the laboratory equipment sector.
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits strategies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Advising senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Implementing data analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Managing employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated skills in designing and executing performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, and continuous feedback models).
  • Experience in implementing HR technology platforms and using analytics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the skills to influence at all levels.
  • Business acumen and the skills in aligning HR strategy with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience in succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning and organizational design for scaling technical teams.
  • Proven skills in creating and executing employee engagement strategies tailored for a diverse, multi-skilled workforce.
  • Experience managing talent acquisition for both niche technical roles and high-volume recruitment.
  • Proven skills in designing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs in line with industry benchmarks.
