- Leading and managing the finance and accounting teams across multiple branches.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs and expansion plans.
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Managing tax planning, filing, and compliance (VAT, income tax, customs duties).
- Implementing and monitoring internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborating with supply chain, sales, and operations teams to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
- Overseeing inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis for accurate profitability measurement.
- Reviewing and improving financial systems, ERP processes, and reporting tools to enhance transparency and decision-making.
- Liaising with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong external relationships.
