Your Impact

As a B2B Sales Supervisor, you will be the engine driving outbound lead generation and pipeline development in a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Your proven expertise in outbound prospecting, discovery, and SMB deal closure will directly impact revenue and market penetration.
  • Your skills in combining data-driven insights with relationship-building skills will help convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • You will also act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing, ensuring insights from the market continuously shape strategy and messaging.
What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means building a predictable, scalable outbound engine that consistently delivers qualified leads and measurable revenue opportunities. By optimizing outbound strategies, mentoring junior SDRs, and ensuring CRM accuracy, you will lay the foundation for a repeatable and efficient growth model in a competitive SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Owning outbound prospecting: research, list building, and running multi-channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Qualifying inbound leads and running crisp discovery calls; closing SMB deals when applicable.
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline, activity SLAs, and sales forecasts.
  • Feeding real-time insights back to product and marketing (objections, proof points, messaging refinements).
  • Leveraging tools, agencies, and AI platforms to maximize lead generation efficiency.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior SDRs as the sales team scales.
What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • You are experienced in B2B SaaS sales, across SDR, BDR, or AE roles in startup/scale-up environments.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering outbound results (meetings booked, SQLs generated, ARR closed).
  • You are skilled in discovery, with proven skills in asking sharp questions and delivering concise, persuasive messaging.
  • You are comfortable engaging with technical products and technical decision-makers.
  • You have hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms.
  • You are data-driven, disciplined, and skilled in managing pipeline accuracy and forecasting with precision.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, for seamless business communication.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments and balance autonomy with team collaboration.
