Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention, and offboarding).
- Overseeing workforce planning and manpower allocation across production lines and support functions.
- Developing and monitoring HR budgets aligned with business goals.
- Leading employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to upskill staff.
- Building and implementing policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Managing conflict resolution, labor relations, and union interactions where applicable.
- Supporting senior leadership in organizational development and succession planning.
- Designing HR metrics and dashboards to track turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
