Your Impact
As a Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the company’s apparel lines by designing and developing patterns that bring the brand’s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing seasonal apparel collections with a focus on creativity, wearability, and production feasibility.
- Developing detailed and accurate patterns using Gemini and other industry-standard design tools.
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure patterns are optimized for efficient manufacturing.
- Researching fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and color palettes to create relevant and market-driven designs.
- Conducting fittings and making technical adjustments to ensure perfect garment construction and sizing.
- Preparing detailed tech packs and documentation for production teams.
- Partnering with merchandising and sourcing teams to align designs with business goals and cost targets.
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all product lines.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You are experienced in fashion design and pattern making, with a strong portfolio showcasing both commercial and creative designs.
- You are proficient in Gemini (and ideally Adobe Illustrator or similar tools) for creating patterns and visualizing design.
- You have a deep understanding of garment construction techniques, fabric properties (including knits, wovens, and specialty fabrics), and production constraints.
- You stay ahead of fashion trends and can translate them into marketable, consumer-relevant products.
- You are detail-oriented, ensuring that every design is accurate, functional, and production-ready.
- You have excellent collaboration skills and can work closely with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams.
- You are highly organized, skilled in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with volume production and mass-market fashion is a plus.
