Your Impact

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads for the company’s clients in international markets.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance metrics, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with creative, content, and client success teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Implementing and optimizing marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations to streamline lead nurturing.
  • Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring maximum ROI on digital spend.
What You Bring

  • You are skilled in designing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
  • You have proven experience in performance marketing with measurable success in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • You are experienced in using digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar).
  • You have strong SEO/SEM expertise, including keyword research, link-building strategies, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • You are familiar with A/B testing and CRO methodologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written), enabling you to work seamlessly with international clients.
  • You are proactive, creative, and thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
