- Monitoring leads, pipeline stages, and follow-up processes using CRM systems.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Coordinating with internal teams to align product capabilities with client requirements.
- Participating in the preparation of demos, proposals, and presentations.
- Managing inbound leads and coordinating effective outbound prospecting efforts.
- Supporting negotiation efforts and assisting senior sales leadership in closing deals.
- Conducting market intelligence activities to stay updated on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
