Your Impact
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full spectrum of HR operations for a growing FinTech organization.
- You will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines specialized for the Forex and online trading industry, including sales, customer support, retention, compliance, and technical roles.
- You will lead and support remote and multi-location HR teams, ensuring cohesive communication, performance alignment, and consistent HR processes across time zones.
- You will build scalable HR systems tailored to a fast-paced, high-demand, KPI-driven trading environment.

You’ll achieve this by developing structured HR processes, optimizing recruitment for trading-industry roles, and enabling clear communication between leadership and global teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading employee relations, conflict resolution, and effective communication practices in fast-paced environments.
- Managing, coaching, and developing remote HR teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Overseeing onboarding/offboarding processes designed for distributed teams.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a strong focus on high-quality hiring for FinTech teams.
- Overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits coordination, learning & development, employee relations, engagement, and HR policy and compliance.
- Designing and improving HR processes to support remote-first scalability.
- Building strong internal partnerships with tech, product, and business teams to understand hiring needs.
- Implementing data-driven HR decisions through analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and industry standards.
What You Bring

- You have strong hands-on recruitment expertise specifically in high-volume hiring environments (preferably Forex, FinTech, or online trading).
- You have experience managing HR teams in remote or hybrid environments.
- You are fully proficient in all HR functions, from recruitment to performance, development, and organisational culture.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are data-driven, analytical, and skilled in optimising HR processes using metrics and insights.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- You are proficient in HRIS platforms, recruitment tools, and collaboration software.
Must Have
- Experienced in recruitment in Forex, trading, or high-pressure, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in managing remote HR operations processes.
