Your Impact

As a General Manager, you will oversee all operational, administrative, and financial activities of the branch while ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance with international standards.

  • You will lead the branch across all business lines, ensuring commercial performance, operational accuracy, and service consistency.
  • You will manage cross-functional teams, drive process optimization, and maintain transparency across administrative workflows.
  • Your strong business acumen and diplomatic communication skills will enable you to manage relationships with key external partners, including diplomatic missions and consular authorities.
  • You will serve as the primary link between headquarters and the branch, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and seamless implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all daily branch operations, including administrative, financial, and customer-facing processes.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies, external regulations, and consular/embassy procedural standards.
  • Monitoring budgets, financial accuracy, accounting workflows, and cost controls to ensure transparency and strong performance.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with diplomatic missions, consulates, and government partners, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
  • Managing escalations, resolving operational challenges, and driving process improvements.
  • Overseeing workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and performance indicators across departments.
  • Maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients, vendors, embassies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • You demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and proven skills in managing diverse teams.

  • You are flexible regarding working hours and skilled in handling time-sensitive tasks.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
