Your Impact
As a General Manager, you will oversee all operational, administrative, and financial activities of the branch while ensuring the highest level of service delivery and compliance with international standards.
- You will lead the branch across all business lines, ensuring commercial performance, operational accuracy, and service consistency.
- You will manage cross-functional teams, drive process optimization, and maintain transparency across administrative workflows.
- Your strong business acumen and diplomatic communication skills will enable you to manage relationships with key external partners, including diplomatic missions and consular authorities.

- Acting as the primary liaison with diplomatic missions, consulates, and government partners, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
- Managing escalations, resolving operational challenges, and driving process improvements.
- Overseeing workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and performance indicators across departments.
- Maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients, vendors, embassies, and other external stakeholders.
- Leading initiatives to enhance service quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
