Your Impact
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic direction of the company’s design and engineering operations within the water and wastewater sector.
- You will lead the organization’s long-term vision while ensuring operational excellence across EPC and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the strategic direction of the company and ensuring effective execution of long-term goals.
- Driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities that enhance market reach and service capabilities.
- Overseeing all EPC and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Ensuring profitability, cost control, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Ensuring full compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and proactive risk management across all operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Monitoring industry trends and technological advancements.
- Integrating sustainable practices into engineering and project execution.
- Identifying strategic and operational risks.
- Developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans for major projects.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You hold at least a minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field (MBA or MSc in Engineering/Management is strongly preferred).
- You demonstrate extensive progressive leadership experience in the water and wastewater, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, with strong EPC exposure.
- You demonstrate a proven track record of leading complex engineering and EPC projects.
- You possess strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- You have deep knowledge of EPC business models and contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC, BOT).
- You bring excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are skilled in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
- You have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and QHSSE frameworks.
Must Have
- Senior leadership experience in EPC-based water & wastewater or energy-related industries.
