Your Impact
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts while ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and commercial growth.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their business priorities, and translate their needs into practical solutions that create measurable value.
- You will oversee account planning, client communication, renewal support, revenue expansion, and cross-functional coordination while working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure that accounts are managed with strategic focus, commercial discipline, and consistent follow-up.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term partnership.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and key client contacts.
- Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring a professional, responsive, and value-driven client experience.
- Developing strategic account plans that align client objectives with business growth opportunities.
- Identifying, qualifying, and supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leading regular account reviews, performance discussions, and client follow-ups to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Coordinating with sales, operations, customer success, product, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Preparing account updates, forecasts, reports, and insights for internal leadership and relevant stakeholders.
What You Bring

- Proven experience in account management, key account management, customer success, or B2B commercial roles.
- Strong skills in managing strategic accounts and building long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience in driving account growth through retention, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and client expansion initiatives.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client challenges.
- Fluent English communication skills, especially in client-facing and international business environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in managing complex client conversations professionally.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Must Have
- Proven senior-level experience in B2B account management or client-facing commercial roles, with strong English communication skills.
