Your Impact
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust testing practices across our systems.
- You will contribute to the end‑ to‑ end testing lifecycle—from developing automated test scripts and designing comprehensive test scenarios to executing functional, regression, API, and end‑to‑end tests across multiple product components.
- You will work closely with software engineers, and product managers to ensure testing activities are fully integrated into the development lifecycle and aligned with the company’s quality standards and release processes.
- You will also contribute to advancing the company’s automation capabilities by leveraging modern testing frameworks and AI‑ powered testing tools to accelerate test development, improve defect detection, and strengthen overall testing efficiency.

Success in this role means contributing to a scalable and efficient quality engineering process supported by strong automation practices, well‑ structured test suites, and seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
You will help improve product reliability by expanding automated test coverage, identifying quality risks early in the development lifecycle, and ensuring that new features and releases meet high quality standards before reaching production.
Key responsibilities include
- Designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases for new features and existing systems.
- Building, maintaining, and improving automated testing frameworks using WebdriverIO (WDIO) as the primary automation framework.
- Writing and maintaining test scripts primarily in JavaScript while contributing to automation initiatives across the testing ecosystem.
- Performing functional, regression, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing to validate system behavior and product stability.
- Conducting API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar technologies.
- Leveraging AI‑ powered testing tools and AI‑ assisted development tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and defect detection.
- Collaborating with software engineers and product teams to translate product requirements into effective and comprehensive testing scenarios.
- Contributing to improvements in testing processes, tools, and automation strategies across the engineering organization.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- 6+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation. Hands‑on experience with manual and automated testing practices.
- Expert‑ level proficiency in JavaScript as the primary scripting language for test automation.
- Deep hands‑ on expertise with WebdriverIO (WDIO) as the primary automation framework.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, integration, performance, API, and end‑ to‑ end testing.
- Strong working knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of Python or Java is considered a strong plus.
- Experience with performance testing tools and familiarity with containerized or cloud‑ based environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with application security testing, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and traffic inspection tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
