Your Impact

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our core marketing strategy, driving brand prominence and fostering meaningful customer engagement to accelerate our overall business growth.

  • You will lead integrated marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, B2B lead generation, and commercial growth.
  • You will work closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact across the full customer journey.

Success in this role means building a stronger market position, supporting sustainable growth in online sales, improving lead quality for B2B opportunities, and ensuring marketing efforts contribute directly to revenue outcomes.

You’ll achieve this by developing clear marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional execution, analyzing market and customer behavior, and continuously improving campaigns and commercial initiatives based on results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to support e-commerce growth, B2B demand generation, and brand visibility.
  • Planning and managing integrated campaigns across digital, content, and offline channels to support commercial objectives.
  • Supporting the growth of online sales through customer journey optimization, conversion-focused messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Coordinating marketing activities across product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
  • Managing content planning and messaging across website, product pages, email communications, and sales enablement materials.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supporting brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
  • Planning and monitoring the marketing budget and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and channels.
  • Overseeing campaign performance, reporting outcomes, and recommending improvements based on business insights.
  • Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing projects.


What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Proven experience in marketing management in marketing management, with a proven track record in both e-commerce platforms and B2B commercial environments.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in B2B lead generation, pipeline support, and cross-departmental collaboration, specifically in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing lifecycle, including customer acquisition, retention strategies, and product marketing, all underpinned by data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong expertise in B2B demand generation and partnering closely with sales teams to turn marketing campaigns into qualified business opportunities.
  • Strong working knowledge of integrated campaign management, including the skill to bridge the gap between digital performance and offline/trade marketing activities.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools is required to track KPIs, drive campaign performance, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Strong leadership and creative vision combined with a results-driven mindset, ensuring all initiatives are executed with precision to deliver high-impact, measurable business growth.
