About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the FMCG sector. We're looking for a Maintenance & Repair Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and keep equipment reliable and running.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair teams and activities
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance
- Minimize downtime and keep equipment reliable
- Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance records
- Enforce safety and maintenance standards
- Report on maintenance performance and KPIs
Requirements
- 4+ years in maintenance, including supervision
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance
- Experience with preventive-maintenance planning
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Attention to safety and reliability
- Technical degree or relevant experience
Nice to have
- FMCG or manufacturing-plant experience
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Continuous-improvement mindset
