About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the HR-services sector. We're seeking a CEO to lead the company's strategy, operations and growth and to deliver strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's strategy and vision
- Own overall performance, growth and P&L
- Lead the leadership team and core functions
- Drive growth, efficiency and service quality
- Build relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure sound governance and compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership, including executive roles
- Proven experience running and growing a company
- Strong strategic, commercial and operational judgement
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience owning a P&L
- Strong decision-making and communication
Nice to have
- HR-services or professional-services experience
- Experience scaling a business
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
