About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the FMCG sector. We're looking for a Systems and Methods Manager to design and improve business processes, systems and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, document and improve business processes
- Lead systems, methods and organizational-efficiency projects
- Analyze workflows and remove bottlenecks
- Define KPIs and monitor process performance
- Support system/ERP implementation and adoption
- Drive continuous improvement across functions
Requirements
- 5+ years in systems & methods, process or industrial engineering
- Strong process-analysis and improvement skills
- Experience with ERP/business systems
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Management or related
- Good stakeholder and change-management skills
- Analytical, structured and detail-oriented
Nice to have
- FMCG or manufacturing experience
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge
- Project-management experience
