About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the oil & gas sector. We're seeking a CEO to lead the company's strategy, operations and growth and to deliver strong, sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's strategy and vision
- Own overall performance, growth and P&L
- Lead the executive team and core functions
- Drive operational excellence, HSE and efficiency
- Build relationships with partners, regulators and stakeholders
- Ensure strong governance, risk and compliance
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership, including executive roles
- Proven experience running and growing a company
- Strong strategic, commercial and operational judgement
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience owning a P&L
- Strong decision-making and communication
Nice to have
- Oil & gas or energy-industry experience
- Experience with large-scale operations or projects
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
