About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the construction and engineering sector. We're seeking a CEO to lead the company's strategy, operations and growth and to deliver strong, sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's strategy and vision
- Own overall performance, growth and P&L
- Lead the executive team and core functions
- Drive operational excellence and project delivery
- Build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
- Ensure sound governance, risk and compliance
Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership, including executive roles
- Proven experience running and growing a company
- Strong strategic, commercial and operational judgement
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
- Experience owning a P&L
- Strong decision-making and communication
Nice to have
- Construction / engineering industry experience
- Experience with large projects or contracts
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
