About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a group in the healthcare sector. We're seeking a Group CEO to lead the strategy and performance of the group and its companies, and to drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Set and own the group's strategy and long-term vision
- Lead the CEOs and leadership of group companies
- Own group-level performance, growth and P&L
- Allocate capital and drive synergies across the group
- Represent the group with key partners and stakeholders
- Ensure strong governance across all entities
Requirements
- 15+ years of senior leadership, incl. CEO/executive roles
- Experience leading multiple businesses or a group
- Strong strategic, financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
- Track record of driving growth and results
- Strong governance and decision-making skills
Nice to have
- Healthcare or multi-company group experience
- M&A or capital-allocation experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar)
