About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company in the healthcare sector. We're seeking a Managing Director (MD) to lead the organization's strategy, operations and growth, and to deliver strong business results.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the company's strategy and vision
- Own overall business performance and P&L
- Lead the executive team and key functions
- Drive growth, efficiency and operational excellence
- Represent the company with partners and stakeholders
- Ensure strong governance and compliance
Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership experience, incl. executive roles
- Proven track record of running and growing a business
- Strong strategic, commercial and operational judgement
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience owning a P&L
- Strong communication and decision-making
Nice to have
- Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
- Experience leading transformation or growth
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
