About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a leading company in the FMCG sector. We're seeking a BNPL Business Manager to build and grow the Buy-Now-Pay-Later line of business, from strategy and partnerships to execution and P&L ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for the BNPL business
- Build and manage partnerships with merchants and financial partners
- Drive user growth, adoption and revenue
- Own the P&L and key business metrics
- Coordinate product, risk, marketing and operations teams
- Ensure compliance and sound risk management
Requirements
- Strong experience in business development or product/GM roles, ideally in fintech/BNPL
- Proven ability to build and grow a line of business
- Solid commercial and analytical judgement
- Experience managing partnerships and cross-functional teams
- P&L ownership experience
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Background in lending, payments or credit
- Existing merchant/partner network
- Data-driven growth experience
