About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a growing company in the fintech sector. We're looking for a Business Coach to support leaders and teams in strengthening performance, decision-making and growth across the business.
Responsibilities
- Coach founders, executives and managers to improve performance
- Design and run coaching programs and workshops
- Support leadership development and team effectiveness
- Help translate strategy into clear execution and goals
- Provide structured feedback and accountability
- Measure the impact of coaching on business outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business/executive coach
- Strong understanding of leadership, strategy and organizational growth
- Excellent communication, facilitation and listening skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Structured, outcome-oriented approach
- Fluent communication in Persian and English
Nice to have
- Background in a fintech or startup environment
- Formal coaching certification (e.g., ICF)
- Experience scaling teams
