About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the tire industry. We’re seeking a CEO to lead the company’s strategy, commercial operations, and growth and to deliver strong, sustainable performance.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s strategy and vision
- Own overall performance, growth, and P&L
- Lead tire sales, sourcing, import, and distribution operations
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and business partners
- Expand the company’s market presence, sales channels, and customer base
- Lead the executive team and core business functions
- Optimize inventory, supply chain, pricing, and working-capital management
- Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial risk management
Requirements
- At least 10 years of management and leadership experience in the tire industry
- Experience in the sales of imported tires is required
- Proven experience running and growing a tire trading or distribution business
- Strong knowledge of the tire market, suppliers, and distribution channels
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Hands-on experience owning a P&L and managing business performance
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
