About the role
HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a company operating in the HealthTech sector. We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen product quality, reliability, and performance through robust manual and automated testing practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for new features and existing systems
- Build, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks using WebdriverIO (WDIO)
- Write and maintain test automation scripts in JavaScript
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
- Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools
- Use AI-powered testing and development tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and defect detection
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into effective test scenarios
- Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and automation strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing practices
- Expert-level JavaScript skills for test automation
- Deep hands-on experience with WebdriverIO (WDIO)
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, performance, API, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Strong working knowledge of Git or similar version-control systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
