Senior Front-end Developer

HR Bamboos is hiring on behalf of a growing fintech company. We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to play a key role in building and evolving scalable web products, with a strong focus on engineering quality, performance, and user experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable user interfaces
• Build new features and improve existing products using React
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality technical solutions
• Design and build reusable, maintainable UI components
• Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of Front-End architecture
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver effective solutions
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and code quality
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve the codebase
• Contribute to Front-End development practices, processes, and best practices
• Support the technical growth of team members through knowledge sharing and mentoring

• 5+ years of professional experience in Front-End development
• Deep proficiency in React with experience building and maintaining large-scale web products
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with hands-on experience in responsive and cross-browser development
• Strong experience working with RESTful APIs and Backend services
• Solid understanding of Front-End architecture, design patterns, and reusable component design
• Strong experience in Front-End performance optimization and identifying performance bottlenecks
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills
• Strong code review skills with a focus on code quality and maintainability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and product teams
• Experience mentoring and sharing knowledge with other developers
