Your Impact

As a VP of Planning, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s strategic and operational planning frameworks.

• You will lead the formulation and execution of long-term strategic plans, performance monitoring frameworks, and integrated budgeting systems.
• You will collaborate with executive management to align organizational objectives with business performance.
• You will ensure seamless integration of data analytics, business planning tools, and governance models across all departments to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the strategic planning and performance control functions across the company.
• Designing and implementing frameworks for business plans (BP) and feasibility studies (FS).
• Managing the development of annual operating plans and budgetary processes.
• Establishing KPIs and BSC-based performance management systems.
• Overseeing data analysis, dashboard creation, and the use of tools such as Power BI for business insight.
• Coordinating business development and project management initiatives.
• Collaborating with executive and departmental leaders to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and financial objectives.
• Providing analytical support for management decisions through accurate data modeling and reporting.

What You Bring

To excel in this role:

• You bring proven expertise in strategic and operational planning within large-scale organizations.
• You possess a high level of skill in data analysis, budgeting, and performance management.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities in complex business environments.
• You are highly proficient in analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, and strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s 5 Forces).
• You have familiarity with project management frameworks (PMBOK/Agile) and business analytics.
• You hold a Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering from a top university.

Must Have

• Deep understanding of strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational performance systems.
• Advanced expertise in data analytics, dashboarding tools, and KPI-based measurement.
• Strong financial modeling and resource planning capabilities.
• Experience in rail transportation or other large-scale infrastructure sectors is preferred.
