Your Impact
As an After-Sales Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and structuring the company’s after-sales operations within the domestic water pump division.
- You will oversee technical service activities, customer communication processes, and CRM implementation to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- You will collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to build a structured, responsive, and scalable after-sales framework.
- You will contribute to strengthening customer loyalty, optimizing service workflows, and ensuring high technical standards across service operations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and structuring the after-sales service team and customer communication workflows.
- Implementing and managing CRM systems to track service requests and customer interactions.
- Supervising technical diagnostics, repair processes, and warranty evaluations for domestic water pumps.
- Prioritizing customer cases based on urgency, impact, and service-level standards.
- Monitoring service performance metrics and reporting technical and operational insights to management.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You demonstrate strong technical expertise in domestic water pumps, including booster pumps and circulation pumps.
- You have solid knowledge of pump structure and internal components (electromotors, mechanical seals, impellers) and understand common failure causes and troubleshooting methods.
- You are experienced in identifying technical issues and determining warranty eligibility.
- You are skilled in building structured customer communication systems and leading customer service teams effectively.
- You are analytical, solution-oriented, and detail-focused in managing both technical and operational challenges.

- Technical expertise in domestic water pumps, CRM-driven customer service management, and after-sales team leadership.
