Your Impact
As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of a new product within the company’s engineering and electrical solutions ecosystem.
- You will drive early-stage product discovery, collect and analyze user insights, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Your work will directly influence product direction, from identifying user pain points to managing sprints and ensuring the successful delivery of products.
- You’ll serve as the bridge between customers, engineering, and business teams, ensuring alignment across product vision, execution, and outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means transforming raw insights into validated features that solve real customer problems and set the stage for scalable growth. You’ll achieve this by continuously iterating on discovery findings, maintaining a dynamic backlog, facilitating agile workflows, and ensuring that the product evolves in step with user and market needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting product discovery through customer and vendor interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Maintaining and updating personas, user journeys, and problem statements.
- Translating research insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog aligned with roadmap milestones.
- Facilitating sprint ceremonies, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure agile efficiency.
- Coordinating with design and engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Supporting test planning, execution, and documentation for unit, integration, and UAT phases.
- Managing bug reporting, triage, and resolution tracking with technical teams.
- Running usability tests and collecting structured feedback for continuous improvement.
- Preparing sprint updates, roadmap reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring

- You are skilled in product discovery and have a sharp analytical mindset for identifying user needs.
- You have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation.
- You are experienced in creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- You are familiar with product testing, bug tracking, and release management.
- You possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to inform product decisions.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are familiar with integration tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.) and digital collaboration platforms.
- Experience in renewable energy, electronics, or B2B marketplaces is a strong plus.
