Your Impact

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the team’s market presence.

  • You will contribute to strategic discussions, support revenue planning, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams on go-to-market and partnership initiatives.
  • You will translate business opportunities into scalable revenue streams, ensuring alignment between market demand, product capabilities, and the company’s long-term strategy.
  • You will actively contribute to shaping the growth roadmap, improving commercial processes, and elevating business development practices across the organization.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means identifying and securing high-value projects that accelerate platform growth and strengthen its competitive positioning.

You will build sustainable relationships with project creators and partners, optimize project onboarding funnels, and continuously refine growth strategies based on measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Leading partnership negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and optimizing conversion strategies.
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and strategic reports for leadership.
  • Supporting revenue forecasting and pipeline management processes.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of business development workflows and tools.
  • Participating in strategic planning sessions and cross-functional initiatives.

What You Bring

To excel in this role:

  • Strong experience in business development, sales strategy, or partnership management.
  • Solid understanding of market analysis, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue models.
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing, product, and executive teams.
  • You have experience in Agile environments and collaborating closely with product and design teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills for high-value contracts.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Must Have

  • Strong understanding of business strategy and revenue growth principles.
