Your Impact

As Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be the architect and driver of the company’s growth strategy, focusing on scaling revenue, optimizing customer acquisition, and expanding market presence.

  • Driving measurable growth across key metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn reduction, and MRR expansion.
  • Owning the end-to-end growth strategy, spanning customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
  • Leading cross-functional growth squads that bring together product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Designing, testing, and scaling growth experiments across digital, offline, and partner channels.
  • Analyzing customer data, usage patterns, and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with the product team to ensure features align with customer needs and drive adoption.
  • Overseeing the design of pricing models and monetization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO with clear growth KPIs and forecasting models.
