- Supporting the CEO and board in strategic planning and translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Overseeing contracts, procurement, project controls, and execution teams to ensure alignment with client and business expectations.
- Collaborating with finance, legal, HR, and technical departments to maintain operational health and compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations in oil and gas projects, particularly in challenging environments.
