Key Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the end-to-end brand and advertising strategy (ATL/BTL/TTL, digital, social, etc.).
- Leading annual/quarterly brand planning, positioning, messaging, and creative platforms.
- Managing the marketing team to optimize reach, frequency, and SOV.
- Building and scaling influencer programs, PR, and brand partnerships to amplify awareness.
- Overseeing creative development (briefs, concepts, copy, visual identity) and protecting brand guidelines.
- Launching 360° campaigns for new products/collections, in sync with NPD, e-commerce, and retail/trade marketing.
- Aligning performance marketing with upper-funnel activities to ensure full-funnel impact and efficient spend.
- Owning the marketing budget, forecast, and ROI discipline; run post-campaign analysis and learnings.
- Ensuring compliance with industry and advertising standards for beauty/cosmetics; managing reputation.
