About the Job:
The Commercial Manager is responsible for the procurement of goods and raw materials for production. Therefore, in this position, our future colleague must manage the process from reviewing and drafting order registration documents to customs clearance, establish effective communication with international trading partners and suppliers, and oversee the improvement and facilitation of the company’s import processes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the commercial team
- Managing and supervising the order registration process
- Arranging for documentary credits (LC) to carry out financial transactions and settlements in the import process
- Monitoring import and customs regulations and aligning the company’s activities with these regulations
- Communicating with foreign suppliers and trading partners to facilitate and improve import processes
- Reporting, analyzing, and providing consulting to improve import performance
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field (various Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, other management fields, …)
- Knowledge of international markets
- Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial skills
- Proficiency in foreign trade laws and regulations
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills
