Our Customer Experience Senior Specialist is a skilled and dynamic individual who is involved in managing customer-centric initiatives.
He/She should implement strategies for an exceptional customer journey, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance overall satisfaction.
Our colleague should manage VoC, tele-sales, and customer service teams, foster positive customer relationships, and contribute to the organization’s success by championing excellence in customer service.

 Skill Requirements:

– Proven experience in customer experience Management (CX)
– Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and nurture customer relationships effectively
– Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance the overall customer experience
– Proven Experience in gathering and interpreting customer feedback, using it to drive improvements and innovations in products or services
– Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, provide guidance, and address customer concerns effectively
– Proven capacity to develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and positively impacting customer satisfaction
– Demonstrated leadership capabilities to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
