As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in managing executive operations, streamlining communication, and ensuring efficient workflow within the top management office of a major oil & gas contracting group.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and business travel logistics for the CEO and senior executives.
- Overseeing and mentoring the executive office team.
- Preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest degree of professionalism.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Organizing high-level meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Supporting project coordination and document control activities within EPC frameworks.
- Collaborating with finance, HR, and project teams to ensure proper information flow and alignment.
- Monitoring priorities and deadlines to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized and strategic objectives are met.
What You Bring
To excel in this role:
- You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in the oil & gas or EPC sector.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
- You have strong leadership and coordination skills, skilled in managing small teams effectively.
- You understand the corporate dynamics and operational structure of EPC projects.
- You possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- You are proactive, adaptive, and solution-oriented, skilled in anticipating the CEO’s needs.
- Experience in PR or communications management is considered an asset.
