Key Responsibilities Include:

- Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and commitments for senior executives.
- Supervising and mentoring administrative staff within the executive office.
- Preparing, reviewing, and organizing reports, correspondence, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Handling confidential documentation with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Acting as a liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
- Organizing high-level meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Supporting project coordination and overseeing structured documentation processes across departments.
- Collaborating with HR, finance, technical, and operational units to ensure proper information flow.
- Tracking priorities, deadlines, and initiatives to support executive planning and decision-making.
What You Bring

- You have proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in the oil & gas, industrial, or large corporate sectors.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
- You have experience supervising administrative staff and coordinating cross-functional workflows.
- You bring strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and skilled in anticipating the needs of senior executives.
