- Designing and implementing financial control and cost management systems tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Overseeing cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
- Ensuring compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, payroll taxes, customs duties, and statutory reporting.
- Leading and mentoring accounting, finance, and treasury teams.
- Coordinating with external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting financial forecasting, market analysis, and risk assessment to support long-term planning.
