- Supervising cash-flow management, receivables control, and banking coordination.
- Ensuring full compliance with tax, VAT, payroll, and statutory requirements.
- Directing finance, accounting, and treasury teams.
- Managing audit processes and regulatory communication.
- Preparing forecasts, financial models, and risk evaluations.
