- Preparing detailed cost and variance reports to support pricing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Managing cash flow, payments, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes and ensuring accurate financial statements.
- Collaborating with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize cost efficiency.
- Overseeing external and internal audits to ensure full compliance with financial and tax regulations.
- Coaching and supervising finance and accounting teams to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Providing strategic recommendations to management based on financial insights and forecasts.
