In this role, success means becoming a trusted financial partner to the executive leadership, shaping and supporting long-term strategy with data-driven insights and scalable financial planning frameworks. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to align with business goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Implementing best-in-class financial tools and systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility of financial data.
- Supporting business leaders with scenario planning and performance analysis to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting cycles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial results.
- Involving department heads in financial planning to build accountability and financial ownership across the organization.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial consolidation and alignment of actuals vs. plan.
- Creating insightful variance analyses and KPIs to drive continuous performance improvement.
