Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the full talent lifecycle, from senior technical recruitment to onboarding, retention, and career progression.
- Building and managing candidate pipelines through headhunting, direct sourcing, and global networking.
- Designing structured, bias-aware hiring processes including scorecards, technical assessments, and leadership evaluations.
- Managing ATS systems and reporting weekly hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pass-through rates, quality-of-hire).
- Partnering with leadership to anticipate future talent needs and adjust strategies quickly.
- Delivering tailored onboarding and 30/60/90-day success frameworks for senior engineers and tech leads.
- Implementing career development plans, growth frameworks, and internal mobility strategies.
- Launching leadership enablement programs to accelerate the impact of senior hires.
- Designing competitive compensation bands and running clear offer negotiation processes.
- Driving employer branding efforts and engaging developer communities to position the company as a top destination for engineering talent.
What You Bring

- You are experienced in building HR functions in high-growth technology companies.
- You have consistently demonstrated success in hiring senior engineers, tech leads, and principal-level talent, even in ambiguous or roadmap-light contexts.
- You are skilled in designing structured interview loops, leadership assessments, and hiring scorecards.
- You bring a data-driven approach, tracking hiring metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, quality-of-hire) to inform decisions.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and can confidently influence executive leadership.
- You are adept at designing onboarding programs and performance frameworks that drive quick alignment and impact.
- You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- You are proficient with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Confluence).
- You thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments and bring high levels of ownership, discretion, and professionalism.
- English proficiency is a strong plus, enabling global networking and communication.
