As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s people strategy, enhancing workforce performance, and fostering a healthy and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing end-to-end talent acquisition, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Leading the Performance Evaluation cycle with clear KPIs, feedback structures, and improvement plans.
  • Designing and implementing structured HR frameworks, such as job grading and competency models, appropriate for a mid-sized manufacturing organization.
  • Developing and updating job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
  • Handling organizational conflict resolution, mediation, and effective communication strategies.
  • Implementing policies to ensure employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture development.
  • Preparing HR analytics and reporting for senior leadership and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Overseeing HR operational processes such as attendance management, shift coordination, and contract administration.
  • Collaborating closely with production supervisors to ensure workforce availability, shift scheduling, and labor compliance.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to labor regulations across factory operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, attendance systems, and payroll tools used in manufacturing environments.
  • Supporting training needs assessments and developing learning paths for staff.
  • Overseeing employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and compliance with labor regulations.

What You Bring

  • You have proven experience as an HR Manager in a mid-sized organization.
  • You have strong mastery of Performance Evaluation systems, KPI design, and competency-based assessments.
  • You are fully skilled in job grading, job leveling, and job classification frameworks.
  • You are proficient in end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • You have strong experience in designing and writing job descriptions accurately and professionally.
  • You possess strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and factory workforce regulations.
  • You are skilled in supervising payroll accuracy in collaboration with the finance team.
  • You possess high-level problem-solving skills, with a structured and analytical mindset.
  • You have excellent organizational conflict management and mediation skills.
  • You are detail-oriented, accurate, and skilled in managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • You have strong communication skills and proven skills in collaborating effectively across all departments.
