As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations across on-site and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all HR operational activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation.
- Managing end-to-end payroll processes for on-site and shift-based employees, ensuring accuracy in overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory payments.
- Planning and maintaining employee shift schedules aligned with labor regulations and operational requirements.
- Preparing and managing employment and contractor agreements, ensuring timely renewals and proper record-keeping.
- Monitoring compliance with labor laws, insurance, and tax regulations, and ensuring timely submission of statutory reports.
- Managing relationships with manpower contractors and vendors, including performance tracking and dispute resolution.
- Overseeing attendance management systems, leave tracking, and HRIS integrations to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborating with HSE and Operations teams to align workforce management with safety and site requirements.
- Analyzing HR operational data (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, cost per head) to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Handling workforce-related emergencies or site incidents with prompt and effective decision-making.

- You have proven experience in HR operations within industrial or oil & gas environments.
- You have strong expertise in payroll management for field and shift-based employees.
- You are skilled in shift planning, rostering, and workforce allocation.
- You possess a strong command of labor law, social insurance, and tax compliance.
- You have hands-on experience managing vendor contracts and manpower supply agreements.
- You are proficient with HRIS, attendance, and ERP systems, ensuring process automation and accuracy.
- You are detail-oriented and data-driven, experienced in analyzing HR metrics to optimize operational efficiency.
- You have proven skills in resolving conflicts, handling site-level challenges, and making quick, informed decisions.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven skills in liaising between HR, operations, and site management.
- You are fluent in English (both written and verbal) and skilled in managing professional communication with corporate and field teams.
